Refund Process

Once you have received the return authorization number, please follow these steps:
- Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and accessories.
- Include the return authorization number on the package.
- Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refund Options
Depending on the payment method used for the original purchase, refunds will be issued in the following ways:
- If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card used for the purchase.
- If you paid by PayPal, the refund will be credited back to your PayPal account.
